It all has started many years ago, while being a
designer of private yachts in former USSR. 20 years of
experience have given to Alex Losikov this magic of
converting nonstandard quarters, mostly with limited
spaces into brilliant and luxury living-free atmosphere.
Traveling through many countries has given him many
ideas of what the perfect living space should be. Here

Main object of our work – is what the customer desires
to see in his habitable space. Realization of his’
vision - main difficulty. Our task is to help client to
find that unique solution, which will gladden and excite
him, teasing imagination from the very first day for
many years. Our first and only principle is close
cooperation with client during the creation and

upgrades of private villas, houses, offices and even
